AMSOIL recently released a new Snowmobile Products Guide. AMSOIL Racing sat down with Product Specialist Shane Hickey to discuss this new tool and how it can help sled enthusiasts.
AMSOIL Racing: Why was the Snowmobile Product Guide created?
Shane Hickey: The Motorcycle Product Guide is immensely popular, so AMSOIL decided to provide the same service for the snowmobile market. The Snomobile Product Guide is the first of its kind for finding what you need for your sled. This leaves the door open for other powersports product guides as well (ATV, inboard, etc.).
AR: What type of information is included?
SH: The Snowmobile Product Guide features information and equipment specifications for over 2,000 unique snowmobile applications covering all major manufacturers form 1990 to present. We took the information you would find in your owner’s manual and made it available online to save time. All the information you need is in one place.
AR: How is this beneficial to racers?
SH: Racers are able to input the year, make, model and engine type of their sled. The snowmobile guide provides comprehensive information on the type and amount of product you will need.
